Board Meetings

Usual Venue

Board Meetings are usually held at Hickling Barn,Tate Loke (Off Mallard Way), Hickling, Norwich, Norfolk, NR12 0YU. The meeting venue will always be confirmed in the Notice above on the face of the Agenda, in accordance with the Board’s Standing Orders.

Attendance at Board Meetings

Board Meetings are public meetings and as such anyone can attend and observe the general business sessions, in accordance with the Standing Orders, Protocol on virtual and hybrid meetings and our Recording, filming and reporting of public meetings policy.

Attendance Register

Your members attendance at Board meetings is recorded in the minutes of every meeting. An attendance register is also included in the Annual Report each year ending 31 March, which can be viewed and downloaded from our Financial Statements webpage.
