The Water Management Alliance is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, with the exception of some PDF links, which we are actively working to make accessible.
With the launch of our new website in December 2025, our navigation, interactive tools, and transactions are now fully accessible, providing a smoother and more inclusive experience for all users. The only exception will be some PDF links, which we are actively working to make accessible (see below).
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.
Many of our PDFs and Word documents published between 23rd September 2018 and the present do not meet accessibility standards. However, we want them to remain available to the public in the interest of transparency.
We are actively working to make PDF documents accessible and/or replace data currently presented in PDF format with HTML.
We aim to include captions in our live video streams wherever possible to make content more accessible. While live video is currently exempt from accessibility regulations, we are committed to supporting viewers who rely on captions.
