The Flood Risk Engineer is a key part of the operations team. The purpose of the role is to support the Operations Managers in the development and delivery of maintenance programmes and to work with the Partnership Project Engineers and Area Manager to provide engineering and practical input projects that improve the function or environment of the area.
Working with the Board’s Operations Managers, the Works Supervisor will deliver maintenance and project work on the ground, to cost, time and quality standards. You will be skilled enough to assist with the managing of jobs and working with others to deliver work and build the reputation of the IDB as the delivery partner of choice for local river and drainage work.
