Meetings

The Commissioners meets at least twice a year. All Commissioner meetings are public meetings and as such members of the public are welcome to attend the general business sessions. 

Usual Venue

Commissioner Meetings are usually held at The Baptist Hall, Station Road, Haddenham, Cambridgeshire, CB6 3XD. The meeting venue will always be confirmed in the Notice above on the face of the Agenda, in accordance with the Commissioner’s Standing Orders.

If you would like the Commissioner to consider a specific issue at one of the next meetings, please contact your local Commissioner member. We will get it on the Agenda.

Attendance at Board Meetings

Commissioner Meetings are public meetings and as such anyone can attend and observe the general business sessions, in accordance with the Standing Orders, Protocol on virtual and hybrid meetings and our Recording, filming and reporting of public meetings policy.

Attendance Register

Your members attendance at Commissioner meetings is recorded in the minutes of every meeting. An attendance register is also included in the Annual Report each year ending 31 March, which can be viewed and downloaded from our Finance webpage.
