    Waltham Farm Pumping Station was originally commissioned in 1973, with the recent upgrades completed in January 2026.

    The station received a replacement electric motor–driven Archimedes screw pump, new Motor Control Panel (MCC) and other works included:

    • Construction of a new weed screen
    • Replacement steel-mesh flooring
    • Replacement of the electric supply and metering
    • Installing a new discharge culvert with flap valve
    • New telemetry monitoring installed
