Sheet piling milestone reached at both pumping stations
Sheet piling at both pumping stations is now almost complete, marking a significant milestone for the Benacre and Kessingland Flood Risk Management Project.
This phase of work has involved installing interlocking steel sheets into the ground to create strong, watertight barriers that will support the long-term resilience and stability of the new infrastructure.
Progress at both sites continues to move forward as planned, bringing the project another step closer to delivering improved flood protection for the surrounding communities.
